Last week, we hosted 200 of our closest friends at our grand opening event. We were excited to showcase our transformation so we decided to go all out!
Upon our guests’ arrival, the red carpet was rolled out and photos were taken. After the photos, guests headed to a table of our Signature Zest Cocktails, which were passed by a mermaid!
We were well prepared for hungry guests, as we served Asian salad, lobster ravioli, crab cakes and lamb. The most popular item on the menu (and probably of the night itself) was the sushi. Like we said, we were going for over the top, so we served our sushi on a naked girl!
We originally planned to celebrate outside, though the temperamental weather thought otherwise. Luckily, the skies cleared up and we were able to accommodate outside seating and our cigar roller in the palms courtyard. We were happy the weather perked up when it did. While tours of our new guest rooms would be okay, the rain could have put a damper on our 27 Palms Pool Club tour!
Ultimately, the night was a great success. We had a blast sipping cocktails, eating like kings, and celebrating the reason that brought us all together – our $27 million transformation.
